Our rides cover a wide range of terrains, including city traffic, mountain roads, rural highways, and freeways, often in unpredictable weather conditions. These environments demand a higher level of skill, experience, and confidence, along with reliable equipment. If your vehicle, expertise, or comfort level does not meet these challenges, we strongly advise opting for a full-sized vehicle instead. Prioritizing safety is essential for all participants.

We strongly encourage all participants to register in advance. A $10 late registration fee will be applied to any registrations received on the day of the event.

Early registration allows us to properly prepare staffing, materials, and check-in procedures so the event can run efficiently and smoothly for everyone. Same-day registrations often create delays and additional logistical challenges for both participants and staff.

Wavier and Rider Agreement

Waver & Liability

By submitting this registration, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before submitting.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in any AZFHMR event, including but not limited to motorcycle rides, banquets, outreach events, vendor markets, volunteer activities, or other AZFHMR-sponsored functions (collectively referred to as “Event”), I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I/We understand that participation in any AZFHMR Event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness (including communicable diseases), and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation in the Event.

Release of Liability
I/We hereby release, waive, and forever discharge AZFHMR, its directors, officers, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of AZFHMR or otherwise.

Medical Treatment
I/We authorize AZFHMR and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment or services provided.

Photographic Release
I/We grant permission to AZFHMR to use photographs, video recordings, or any likeness of me taken during the Event for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes, in print or online, without compensation or further approval.

Compliance with Rules
I/We agree to follow all Event rules, safety protocols, and instructions provided by AZFHMR personnel. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event.

Indemnification
I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZFHMR and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my actions or participation in the Event.

I/We have read this waiver and release of liability, understand its terms, and agree to it voluntarily. I understand that I/we am/are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to this weaver and release of liability.

Rider Agreement

Participant Agreement – Please Read Carefully Before Registering

All participants must submit the following prior to participating in the Event:

By registering, you are joining an event exclusively dedicated to honoring Arizona First Responders who gave their lives in the line of duty. We respectfully ask that all participants conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the solemn purpose of the ride. Please remain courteous and respectful to fellow participants throughout all event activities—before, during, and after the ride.

Ride Rules & Conduct
Follow Directions: Road Captains and Event Coordinators are present for your safety. Their directions must be followed at all times.

Enforceable Rules: All ride rules are enforceable by any participant. If you witness a violation, report it immediately to a Road Captain or Event Coordinator.

Registration: Last-minute registration and payment will be accepted the day of each event. Updated locations and check-in information will be posted at https://azfhmr.org.

Vehicle Requirements
All vehicles (motorcycles, cars, trucks) must be legally registered and insured. All drivers must be properly licensed. No alcohol or impairing substances may be used before or during the event. Violators will be removed immediately.

Traffic & Safety
This is not a race or timed event.
All state and local traffic laws must be obeyed.

Uniformed police officers may be present and will take enforcement action on any traffic violations. No stunt riding, reckless, or negligent behavior will be tolerated. Violators will be removed from the event.

Riding Formation
We will ride in a staggered formation to allow maneuverability and safety. Use single-file formation on narrow roads.

Do not ride side-by-side or bunch up.
If you need to leave the ride, signal safely and inform the nearest Road Captain.

Re-entry is only allowed at the rear of the formation.

Emergencies & Withdrawals
In an emergency, Road Captains will have access to contact information for proper assistance. If you must withdraw from the ride, notify a Road Captain so they know you are safe.

Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend or are removed from the event for rule violations.

Right to Refuse*

Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders reserves the right to refuse service or participation in any AZFHMR event, activity, or program to any individual whose behavior, actions, or conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values and mission of the organization. This right may be exercised at the sole discretion of AZFHMR leadership or designated event coordinators. Any individual asked to leave must do so immediately and may be prohibited from participating in future AZFHMR activities.
