Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders Scholarship Application

Eligibility Criteria

I am a biological or legally adopted grandchild of an Arizona first responder or military service member who died in the line of duty.
First responder or service member name, agency or branch of service, and date of death verification is required prior to receipt of funds.
I am currently accepted into or enrolled in an accredited trade school, community college, or university.
Proof of acceptance or current enrollment from the above accredited trade school, community college, or university is required prior to receipt of funds.
Application Timeline:
I understand my scholarship application must be received by the Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders by July 15 for the fall semester or December 15 for the spring semester of the current year. No applications will be accepted after those dates.
