The Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders Legacy Scholarship was created to honor the families of Arizona’s fallen first responders and military service members by investing in the generations they left behind. This scholarship supports direct descendants, grandchildren and beyond, who carry forward the legacy of a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice. Through education and opportunity, we continue our mission to stand for the fallen, support the living, and honor their legacy.
Applicants must be a direct descendant of a fallen first responder or military service member. This means the fallen hero is part of your family line (such as a grandparent, great-grandparent, or earlier generation).
To help us verify your family connection to a fallen hero, please provide documents that show your relationship. You do not need to have every document listed below—please submit what you reasonably have available.

I understand that any scholarship awarded will be paid directly to the educational institution upon verification of enrollment and will not be issued directly to me. I acknowledge this requirement as a condition of receiving funds.
